5. Our Mobile App

The OP Game app for iOS and Android lets you play the same games with the same account. When you use the app, we also process:

• Account Details: Your email address and display name, whether you sign in with email, Google or Apple.
• Profile: The username, profile photo and country you choose to add.
• Gameplay: The games you play, your scores and ranks, levels, rewards and the games you save to My List.
• Notifications: A push token for your device and the app language, so we can send the notifications you have switched on. You can turn each kind off in Settings or in your phone’s settings.

6. Analytics

The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how it is used — for example which screens are opened, which games are played and how long they take to load. When you are signed in, these events are linked to your internal account ID, never to your email address. Analytics does not collect your device’s advertising identifier. Google processes this data on our behalf.

7. Advertising

The app shows optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob — for example, you can watch an ad to open a reward box. To show and measure ads, AdMob may use your device’s advertising identifier and an approximate location derived from your IP address. On iOS this happens only if you allow tracking when asked; you can change this at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. In the European Economic Area and the UK we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. 8. User Rights

In accordance with GDPR and international privacy laws, you have certain rights concerning your personal data. These include:

• The right to access your personal data we hold.
• The right to request correction of any inaccurate information.
• The right to request deletion of your personal data.
• The right to object to or restrict the processing of your data.

9. Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account and the data linked to it at any time:

• In the App: Open Profile, then Delete account, and confirm. Your account, profile photo, scores, progress, items and rewards are deleted, and if you signed in with Apple, your Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked.
• By Email: Write to hi@op.game from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
• Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. Some records may be kept where the law requires it (for example, records of purchases).
