Dodge Master — Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Dodge Master mobile game published by OP Game on Google Play and the Apple App Store. The website at op.game has its own privacy policy.

The short version

Dodge Master has no accounts and no sign-in, and we do not run servers that store anything about you. Your progress stays on your phone. The one thing that leaves your device is what Google AdMob needs to show the ads that keep the game free.

What stays on your device

The game saves your best score, the levels you have cleared, how far you reached in each one and whether sound is on. This is kept in the app's own storage on your device (UserDefaults on iOS, SharedPreferences on Android). We cannot read it, it is not sent anywhere, and deleting the app deletes it.

Advertising

Dodge Master shows ads from Google AdMob: an occasional full-screen ad between games, and an ad you can choose to watch to carry on after losing a run. To do that, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and processes:

• your device's advertising identifier (Advertising ID on Android, IDFA on iOS) and other device identifiers;
• device and app information: model, operating system version, language and app version;
• your IP address, from which an approximate location (usually the country) is derived;
• ad interactions: which ads were shown, whether they were tapped, and how long they were watched.

Google uses this to select and show ads, to measure them, to stop the same ad repeating, and to detect invalid clicks and fraud. Google is an independent controller of that data. What it does with it is set out in Google's Privacy Policy and in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

We receive no personal data back from Google — only aggregate reporting, such as how many ads were shown and what they earned.

Your choices

• In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, the game shows Google's consent form the first time you play, and personalised ads are shown only if you agree. You can change your answer at any time from the privacy options in the ad consent form.
• On iOS, the game asks for permission to track before any ad is requested (App Tracking Transparency). If you decline, you still get ads, but they are not personalised. You can change this under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.
• On Android, you can reset or delete your Advertising ID under Settings › Privacy › Ads (the exact path varies by manufacturer).
• You can also opt out of personalised Google ads at adssettings.google.com.

Children

Dodge Master is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided such data, write to us and we will act on it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to object to how it is used. Since we hold no data that identifies you, most requests concern data held by Google as the advertising provider, and Google's own privacy tools above are the fastest route. You can also write to us and we will help.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's store listing.
